These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the products and services offered under the Camino brand, including Camino Apps and Camino for Publishers (together, the "Services"), operated by Camino ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Camino operates an intent-intelligence engine and, through it, two product lines: Camino Apps, a group of AI-native conversational apps, and Camino for Publishers, a business-to-business platform for publishers and advertisers on the open web. This website provides information about those products; specific products may be governed by additional terms presented at the point of use.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, related systems, or other users' data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by introducing malware or excessive automated traffic;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries through our contact form.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, are owned by Camino or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, publisher properties, or advertiser destinations, including sites in our portfolio. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camino and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Camino, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camino is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
